GENERAL INFORMATION
When attending a yoga class we recommend that you have a light and nourishing meal two hours before class begins. Please come well- hydrated as drinking water during class is not recommended. If blood sugar levels are a problem, juices or smoothies, fruits and/or nuts can be eaten 20 minutes before class begins. Students should wear comfortable and appropriate clothing in all classes. Loose cottons are best. Dance, yoga, or athletic tights are also okay if comfortable.
YOGA MATS & PROPS
Although the studio provides Yoga supplies for public use, everyone is invited to bring personal Yoga sticky mats, futon mats and/or blankets. In this way your practice is made more creative, more steadfast, and personal hygiene remains, personal. Quality supplies are available for sale at our yoga boutique.
SPECIAL NOTE TO WOMEN:
The practice of hatha yoga and pranayama can put undue strain on a menstruating body. Please inform your instructor if you are experiencing your period so that they assign appropriate postures.

Sign-in upon arrival and make payment, if necessary.

Turn off your cell phones.

Remove your shoes before entering the building

Refrain from wearing perfumes or heavy fragrances.
